The 2017 Annual Sponsorship Meeting will be held at Noon on Sunday, October 8, 2017 in the Nellie Gail Equestrian Club House.

 

South OC Pony Club Sponsorship Meeting Agenda

October 8, 2017:

Call to order.

Roll call of sponsors and members present.

Determine the sponsorship fee for 2018.

Confirm slate of all prior sponsors to be wiped clean and new sponsors (not less than 5) to be approved by new DC for 2018.

Determine the Club monthly and annual dues for the coming year.

Report by Treasurer on the balance statement of Club accounts.

Presentation of the proposed financial plan (Budget) for the coming year.

Establishment of an activity calendar for the coming year (including any known Regional or National dates).

Amendments to Club policy. 

Report of the Nominating Committee and election of officers including recommendations for a DC and a Jt-DC.

Club goals.

Adjournment.
